I get TONS of questions asking if I worked out while I was pregnant, for how long and what did I do! This workout below is what I did all the way until I was 7 months pregnant! After that my back hurt and the weights were just too hard so I reverted back to a speed walk on the treadmill for 10 minutes and then the stair stepper for 10 minutes!
As always, chat with your doctor FIRST and get the 'OK' from him BEFORE doing any of these exercises!
10 minute walk at an incline
Complete 2-3 sets of the following exercises
12 squats
12 lunges each leg
12 bicep curls
12 tricep dips
12 plie squats
12 wall or bench pushups
12 standing rows
12 donkey kicks - each leg
20-30 second plank
