My FAVORITE Green Smoothie
Normally, I'm not a huge fan of green smoothies. It's taken me a while to figure out what to leave in and what to take out and leave out. This one is DELICIOUS. Every flavor it perfectly balanced and it's packed with awesome fruits and veggies.
You'll Need:
- 1/2 banana
- handful raspberries
- 2 handfuls fresh spinach
- 1 TBS peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 TBS coconut oil
- dash of cinnamon to taste
- 1/2 cup water
- handful ice
Directions:
Start by blending the water and the spinach first. I found that if I just threw everything in there at once it was harder to get it all blended together. Once the spinach is all blended and it's liquidy, add in everything else and blend thoroughly. That's it. This is supposed to be one serving but it's a big 1 serving. It usually doesn't last long in the refrigerator so share it with someone or get crazy and drink the whole thing!
