Full Body HIIT workouts are the best! They target all major areas of the body and HIIT workouts are typically really quick to complete and always extremely effective. Don't let the fact that there are only 4 workouts below get your guard down, after the second round you'll be wondering how you're going to complete 2 more.
Pro Tip
Drink LOTS of water and for an added benefit, eat a snack high in protein right after your workout to feed your muscles and burn more fat.
