Clean Eating Do's and Don'ts
DO:
- eat 6 square meals per day
- eat breakfast everyday (yes, everyday) within an hour of waking!
- eat a combo of lean protein/7 complex carbs each meal
- eat healthy fats daily
- maintain healthy portion sizes
- utilize fresh fruits and veggies for fiber, vitamins, nutrients and enzymes
DON'T
- eat processed foods, ie. white flour
- eat chemically charged foods
- eat artificial sugars
- eat foods containing preservatives
- eat foods containing saturated fats and trans fat
- drink sugar loaded drinks, ie: sodas and juices
- drink mass amounts of alcohol
- eat calorie dense foods such like junk food with little to no nutritional value
