Fall is here!! Woohoo! I don’t always love pumpkin everything, but there are some delicious pumpkin drinks that I do love. This is one of them and it is beyond easy. I hope you enjoy it on a beautiful fall morning!

Ingredients:

2 cups strong brewed coffee

¼ cup pumpkin puree

¼ pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

2 cups sweet almond milk (or more or less if you like)


Directions:

1. In a large glass or bowl, mix together all ingredients and whisk until well blended.

2. Pour over a full glass of ice and enjoy! It is delicious!
