Ingredients:

2/3 cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/2 cup milk of your choice

2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup

1 cup ice

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients into the blender or a vitamin and blend until smooth.

2. Top with whip cream (optional) and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

3. Enjoy!
